The main causes are said to be misunderstandings with management, tensions and aggression within teams. **Insufficient solutions** Although progress seems to be being made in the industrial and construction sectors, the implementation of solutions remains largely limited. Awareness-raising initiatives remain stable and limited. However, employees are willing to work with their employers to create interior designs that incorporate plants and other natural elements. This could contribute to a better atmosphere, reduce stress and create a healthier environment through the use of appropriate indoor plants. ### Discover our offers !
